Online assessment dann Gespräch via videokonferenz. Viele fachliche fragen während dem online assessment auf die man sich aber gut vorbereiten kann, beim Gespräch selbst eher über soft skills und die Art der Arbeit gesprochen.

IQVIA interview process: recruiter screen, HireVue video, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral rounds with team or senior CRA, final review and offer decision focusing on clinical knowledge, communication, and risk awareness. As fast paced as i wanted.

Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Entretien
a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
