I got a message from a nice recruiter on LinkedIn to send over my resume, From there I did 2 interviews with HR and felt I have done great. I was informed that I will get contacted by a coordinator for the 3rd and last interview and to just apply officially on the Iqvia portal. Less then 24 hours later I got an automatic message from the company stating that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy. I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn and was informed that I was not qualified enough for the position which is impossible. I feel for some reason IQVIA blacklisted me years ago and this is most likely because of my religion. I am leaving this post so people are aware of IQVIA.
