The interview with HR team was very professional. The second one was wiht the manager in my country. The lady asked me some questions in a roboti manner as if she would rather like to do anything else, but be there with me. Ahe didn't even allow me to ask question at the end.

Very quick and easy process.
Manager was very friendly and approachable during interview.
Interview questions were directed towards my experience also so I found the process more enjoyable and less intimidating.

Conflict in the work place and how I dealt with it.
3 interviews, last was in person. They had assignments prior to the 2nd and 3rd. They took time but it gave me a chance to show I was capable and understood the role. So in the end I’m glad they were included.
