There were three rounds. First was aptitude test which was followed by written test and finally a personal interview with the IQVIA team. After each process few candidates were shortlisted for next round.

scheduling interview and test was extremely hard; they said I'm expected to receive an email for the test and interview by the end of the week and they never did. so I had to call up the HR team to follow up. But again even after phone call HR team forgot to send me a link for that so I had to make another call.
