Hiring manager called me to set up a phone screen. He called me the next day and was very open to listening to what I had to say as well as answering all of my questions about the position. Good experience overall with the process

Initial Phone call screen with recruiter, Teams interview with Client. Then Ghost any communication with candidate. If its not a good fit, please tell the candidate as being in limbo is horrible.

I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
