More importance is given to skills rather than marks. Interview had initial aptitude and next level interview was technical then HR. Knowing Good SQL is a must and better programming skills also helps. People who participated in some research projects are recruited more.

First the interview process started with a Pre Placement Talk.
Then we all sat for an Aptitude test from AMCAT 4 sections .
Later for an Interview which had a panel of two members 1 from HR and the other from technical round!
