This was just a simple phone screen. We discussed what the company did and what the position entailed. I was able to ask a couple of questions. The woman interviewing me seemed upset that I was only qualified for an entry level position even though that was what the job posting indicated.

They make you do an EXTENSIVE project, say you did really well, and tell you they’ll get back to you in two weeks at most. Two weeks later you send them a follow up email. Two more weeks pass and they don’t even have the decency to answer and say you didn’t get the job.
