Entretien
Two interviews. First one via phone - it was a formal yet typical HR interview. The second interview was 1:1 at the Theater with the General Manager. It was Casual and Open. He explained the company and job duties as well as the unusual work hours (due to the late movies shown etc.) of the managers. He also asked general questions of my work background as well as short term goals etc. Towards the end he also asked about my past salaries. In his communication as well as the HR Interview they both were very focused on Customer Service. I was not offered the position but came away with high regard for the process, people and company.
