Stage 1: Online Assessment
Quantitative Aptitude: This section covers a range of topics, including profit and loss, work and time, simple and compound interest, ratios and proportions, and more.
English Proficiency: Test your skills in reading comprehension, synonyms, antonyms, and sentence correction.
SQL Theoretical Questions: Evaluate your understanding of SQL concepts through theoretical questions.
Coding Challenges:
One problem focused on Dynamic Programming.
Another problem centered around String manipulation.
Stage 2: Technical Interview
Puzzles: You'll be asked to solve classic puzzles, such as the Water Jug Problem or identifying the fastest 3 horses. Resources like GeeksforGeeks (GFG) can be helpful for preparation.
OOP and DSA: Expect questions on Object-Oriented Programming concepts and Data Structures & Algorithms.
Coding: You will be required to write and execute code in a live coding environment.
Basic Data Structures: Questions may include scratch implementations and practical applications of basic data structures.
Resume Discussion: Be prepared to discuss the internships and projects you have listed on your resume in detail.
Stage 3: Case Study Round
Internship Experiences: A detailed discussion on your previous internships and the impact you made.
Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation: Analyze a given paragraph and answer a series of sub-questions based on it.
Stage 4: ION Day
On-site or Online: This final stage may take place at the Noida office, with travel and accommodation provided, or it could be conducted online, depending on budget considerations.
Stakeholder Evaluation: Your skills and experience will be assessed by various stakeholders within the company.
Cultural Fit Evaluation: This evaluates how well you align with the company culture.
Future Fit Evaluation: Assess your potential and suitability for future roles within the company.

Great, 1 coding round and 1 - 1.5 hour technical round. They asked for an aptitude and a coding round for round 1. Then, in the interview 3 people were there who asked generic questions and later on moved to puzzles (find them on gfg). They also asked some medium level coding questions and dsa, oops concepts.
Dopo aver effettuato la candidatura ho ricevuto una mail per eseguire il test da remoto (oltre questo test l’iter dovrebbe prevedere un successivo colloquio con l’HR e un ulteriore con manager/responsabile).
Il test da remoto ha un limite di tempo. Consiste in domande di logica, inglese e infine un esercizio pratico di programmazione.
Dopo aver eseguito il test da remoto non sono stato ricontattato in nessuna maniera (ne tramite mail ne contatto telefonico), sparendo completamente senza lasciare neanche un feedback. Esperienza pessima e per nulla costruttiva.

It was hard. they usually conduct 3-4 rounds of interviews like technical round 1, technical round 2, then in person case study round, hr round ,etc.They asked many geek for geeks puzzles and medium level coding leetcode questions and some easy level coding questions like reverse an array , etc.
