One of the co-founders posted on her IG story they were looking for interns. I sent my resume over to the e-mail provided. A few days later, an assistant reached out to me and we scheduled a phone call. I had a phone interview with the co-founder and it went pretty well! She went on vacation shortly after so it took a few weeks for me to hear back about a hiring decision.
