I interviewed for a Product Designer position. The interview was conducted by a recruiter and a design manager, and the overall atmosphere was very positive and relaxed. The questions were fairly standard, and I received detailed information about the company. Right after the interview, I was given a rather extensive take-home assignment consisting of several parts. I spent a significant amount of time completing it and submitted it on time. However, even after a month, I never received any response or feedback.
