The interview was over the phone. Probably the most laid back interview I have ever had. At the end of the call, the lady asked me to send a copy of my references to her via email, and then she sent out emails to all of my references. The interview process with IMKO was significantly less frustrating than trying to post this review about it on Glassdoor. I'm not entirely sure who created this review process, but if there is an error in the form, it would be helpful if the error was actually identified.
