Phone interview with hr then went to an in person interview that lasted less than an hour. I emailed back and forth with hr for a few days before she actually phone interviewed with me. It consisted of very typical questions, the only challenging question I was asked was how was I going to be able to overcome not knowing REVIT. Besides the REVIT question I was not asked a single technical question. Overall it was a pretty easy interview process.

It was easy and formal and it felt like they were on my side and not against me. It was about an hour long. I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

Entretien
I was interviewed by an HR Recruter then again by the Team leadership (the principle engineer and two EIT's) that I would be working with. Everyone was very friendly and well prepared. They asked questions about some of my previous projects and working with classmates.
