Entretien
1st online interview with HR, 2nd online interview with department colleague and manager, 3rd onsite interview for case assignment & presentation. If you are selected then you will be invited to do a final assessment to see if you fit the company culture.

They like to hear constructive answers to their questions, questions can be about communication styles, leading styles, how to process the expected work tasks etc.
For business development roles, they also pay attention to non-verbal communication signals.
