UN Competency exam, followed by in-person interview with a panel of 3-4 people, including HR, hiring manager, and Specialists. The interview process was fairly relaxed. They tested foreign language knowledge (Spanish).

The interview process is Face to face modality. Usually four panel members will join the board. Two international and two national personal will be there. Head of the organization will be join as a panel member.
