The interview was very straight forward. I applied and received an email from the Chief Academic Officer to do an initial screening. I completed the screening and received a performance task. After which I moved on to references. After I moved on to references I never heard back. The Chief Academic Officer was very nice and to be honest I thought I was a front runner. However after reading the reviews I think the CEO had something to do with it because that was the final step after references. Side note: The Principal job was reposted and the CAO's job was put up. The CAO was great and had longevity in the charter world. I suspect all the reviews about the CEO maybe true...
