It wasn't much of an interview. I applied online and a few days later was invited to their office for the interview. They didn't ask many questions, basically if I had experience teaching, if I had experience teaching ESL and what kind of experience I had with lesson planning and following a curriculum. They asked me when I could start in the interview.
