I had a phone interview with Ikawa first. When arranging the time for interview they wanted me to allocate 20min on my lunch break, it ended up being 1 hour +. I was then asked to prepare a lengthy presentation to flesh out the digital and marketing strategies for the brand and present it at the face to face interview. Interview lasted almost 2 hours and skills that were needed for the job covered graphic design, web development, SEO specialist, PPC specialist, social media marketing, general marketing and e-commerce sales specialist. Very wide range of skills with not a great salary to compensate. I haven't heard back from them if I got the job or not. I thought that was very unprofessional of them to use the interviews to flesh out their marketing and e-commerce strategies for free and not even bother to get back to you.
