Shortlisting criteria: Previous Affiliation, GATE Score, Written test, then an interview.
The professors are very good and make the students comfortable before the interview. During the interview, they gave some hints to the student so that the student could answer comfortably.

There were 8 panel members. The process was online. In morning a lady called me to remind me the time of interview but all of a sudden she called again before the time and asked to join the meeting.Link was given in mail.

started with own introduction. after that they'll ask you to mention your topics of interest( atleast 3) .At first they will ask very basic one and the difficulty increases slowly.no memory based question. only application based or understanding based
