There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter (very nice/nothing technicial). The recruiter just asked questions about myexperience. They usually target fresh out of college kids that have some experience (or high GPAs). After the phone interview, they scheduled me for a 2 hour interview with 4 different people. Asked basic questions to know what kind of person i am and whether i will fit in their work culture. Again, they really don't ask anything technicial (at least the chemical group doesn't). If you are going to be a research analyst or a principal, then that's a different story. Received an offer the next day.
