The interview was disorganized but relatively easy. They did not ask to complete an assignment or project, and the CEO did not have a good answer for "what does this company stand for and what is the 5 year goal?" I did speak on the phone with a few current employees to get a sense of the culture, which was not super helpful as they didn't have too much to say about the culture. The company is pretty tight on funds and was unwilling to budge on salary, vacation time, or any other benefits. They offered the absolute lowest number I gave in my 'salary range;' not a great way to start a positive working relationship.
