J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez IG Group (Bengaluru) en mai 2016

First telephonic round is by manager and he is going to tell you all about work. More like a lecture than an interview. Second telephonic round by someone you can easily tell has read lots of theory but has no practical knowledge. Actually that is just an excuse. At some point you are going to feel embarrassed because the person is looking for a person from his state.! Three of four south Indian state and one of East Indian state is strongly racist and for those it is nice company. They are not going to give any feedback on why you are not through. But internally they can always tick some theoretical questions you didn't hear about. In my case embarrassing point was when I said I didn't hear about microservices.! Well that should have been clear from my resume. I myself have interviewed people upto 21 yrs exp and have created teams. I could tell he was just wasting time. Btw I did look into it and had much better alternative. How can I tell he was looking for excuse? Well when I interview I always provide answer so that people can relate to something in their career and carry on discussion. Like module dev is poor man microservices and could have been taken forward. I suspect stagnant work env based on the interviews.
