Phone screen with HR Recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager and another employee. Both interviews were pleasant, standard interviews. The second interview was on a Friday and requested a design test that they said they would send out that afternoon with a due date of Monday. They did not send out the test until Monday morning, though pushed the due date to Thursday. After submitting the design test I received confirmation from them, then nothing. When I followed up with their HR I found out that the original HR recruiter I spoke to no longer worked at the company, but was assigned another to look into the matter. After explaining my situation the HR Recruiter sent me a link to a different job opportunity and asked if I'd like to apply. I was confused, and reiterated I was just checking in on the role that I applied for. She finally responded that the job had been filled. First interview was end of October, final follow up was mid December.

Pretty easy interview process. I had no issues with the interviews. The team was pretty nice and questions were relevant to the type of work you’d be doing with IEM.
