I had two stage interview. 1. Common HR screen interview where I shared my tech experience and provided my expectations at the company 2. Tech interview. There were two engineers (one team lead and another one is manager with engineering background). Questions were about Go, Databases, System Design and Behaviour questions. After theoretical part we moved to online task assignment. After finishing and waiting I got rejection email where they told that I have lack of knowledge in CS basic (didn't mention specific areas or skills). Atmosphere at the interview was tense (I was interrupted multiple times, interview looked really unstructured and requirements were changed on a fly). As mentioned in another review it looked like interviewers were the only people on Earth who know what is correct / right.
