The Indian guys are not very technical, US guys are alright. The panel didnt have the basic idea of algorithms and datastructures. Once I got in, I could really see that the guys in india are just copying what the US folks are doing.

2 phone interviews and 1 final in-person interview. The initial interview is with an HR Rep just going over the job expectations and my past experience relevant to the position, the final 2 interviews are technical interviews.
