First interview was a Phone Screen to discuss background. Second interview with hiring manager. Third and final interview consisted of an on-site meeting with three groups of three team members over the course of three hours.

I was phone screened by the hiring manager, then an onsite interview was scheduled. The interview took the better part of an entire afternoon with several groups of people. I talked to one group of people who have the same position as the one I was interviewing for. I talked to another group of supervisors from other departments that this position would interface with. I interviewed with the director to whom the hiring manager reported, and with the hiring manager.
