More like a conversation; very casual. Open to college grads and individuals with no experience. There was one interview with 2 supervisors where they get to know you and ask about your educational, work, and internship experience. I didn’t have too much experience in this field so they focused towards on how I felt with problems or challenges within my retail experience.
