There was a two step interview process after the first phone call from HR. Everything was communicated ahead of time based on the interviewee's schedule. Questions were not hard, but they were strategically chosen based on the job requirements and expectations.

Questions were mostly about the previous roles & responsibilities as well as the skillsets that the job requires. It is important to have both hard and soft skills to work for the organization.
