Talent acquisition team called me to arrange for a session to speak to the delivery leads. Once meeting was arranged it kept changing and changing. Was brought forward significantly and in during an awkward timing. Was given very short notice for the interview and had to make time for the call off personal time. Very bad time management skills from the entire IBM team as a whole. The 2 senior people on the call with both of them being swapped for 2 others who could not be bothered to attend the call. One of them was plain arrogant, condescending, and was throwing unwanted advise. Sounded quite ridiculous coming from someone that senior. The whole process was a mess.

Professionell, kein Case, freundliche Kommunikation. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis, war alles Remote aufgrund von Corona. Würde ich empfehlen, auch wenn sich die Bedingungen nach Corona geändert haben. Modernes Auftreten und gutes Setup über die Gespraechsstrecke hinweg.
