The firm had a contracting agency reach out to me directly (even though I never applied to a role with them recently) and wanted to essentially low ball a pay rate to essentially steal my experience because they themselves can't compare or equate to my DEI individual experience. Instead of going through the process, I chose to forego it because it's a disrespectful interaction of my time, experiences, and WORTH.
