It was a 3 step process, initially it went well and i was offered a position but the management sucks. Thats the reason i was not sure if i should go for the opportunity and i declined because of the way their management works.

The process was smooth you just have to be confident and have good communication skills the interviewers were polite and good i cleared all my three interviews and they said the recruitment team will reach out i got a call today i picked it up a tune started playing it kept playing for 2 minutes i cut the call now what should i do
