My part was supposed to be on 11.am as the HR mention in email. When i get there, they gave me one application to be filled. And I need to wait 1 hour before my turn to be interview. Basically the application was about your name age your education and etc. They will ask you what is your hobbies. Then the next page will be some kind of essay structure. They will give you an example situation and you are required to write an essay not more than 50 words. As far as I remember they got 5 or 6 questions. Basically the first question will be what the signature means to you? Sec, if your childhood friends gave a Swiss brand watch and you wear it to your office, then your superior asked where you get that watch, how will you respond? Third would be, you’re being a sales executive and you need to handle 5million projects, the deadline is tomorrow but your teammates couldn’t agree on certain parts. The manager already managed to finish some of the paperwork and required only the teammates signature. What will you do, and why? The fourth will be, if your grandma still alive, will you explain to her about your job and what do you think she will feel about that. The last would be some kind of toxic management where your superior will yell at you and your ot was not being paid, so you asked some other colleagues about this matter but she said it was fine as it was already being like that from the beginning. What will you feel and how you respond to it. You need to complete this section within 30mins. You need to write your time commenced, and your time completed. The next page they will test you about your english grammar. If you good at this then it should be fine. They got 19 questions and it was multiple choice answers. After that they will tell you to come in. When you come, I was being interviewed by one man. At that time there were a lot of files on top of his desk. The first things they will ask tell me about yourself. And proceed to another question. The hobbies that you wrote earlier, will be asked. And so on. But there is one things that caught me on guard, when he was asking me and i was explaining my answer, he was playing with his mobile phone. As he was not focus on what i am saying that time. The frequency that he kept checking his phone is quite high during that time. And he was asking me the same question for thrice. And when i asked something to him at the end of the interview, his respond was like “what do you mean by that” . Even after I greeted him and said thank you, he still was on his phone. I don’t know what to say.
