Entretien
First you get contacted by an HR representative. After they perform the initial screening they send you a technical assessment. Depending on those results you get an interview with a technical person and a site manager who go into more detail about the expectations of the job.

Initial HR interview with general questions. Technical Quiz, online. Technical Interview - On-Site facility tour. Interview consisted of: Troubleshooting questions and engineering questions; I did get a chance afterwards to meet some of the staff and ask some questions.

Entretien
Starts with a standard phone screening interview with HR. Then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. If you pass those filters you will be given a timed test through email. Consists of electrical and physics questions that someone with a BS engineer degree should be able to handle. They look for 70% or better on this test. If you pass the test you are given an on site interview.
