HR was 45 minutes late for the initial phone screening call. Two tests were sent via email. After completing those I was moved forward to three separate video interviews over the following week. I didn't hear anything back for two weeks and was finally told the selected candidate had direct experience with the system they’re migrating to in the future. I felt strung along so they could have more than one candidate for consideration.
