You apply They schedule an interview which would include your prospective manager, and one other manager. You come back to interview with your prospective Manager's boss. You get an offer ( HR does not budge on initial offer extended). They ask the normal " where would you be in 5 years etc:

I got a phone call from the recruiter, came into the office interviewed with three managers. One face to face and two on Skype video chat. People easy interview, it actually didn’t feel like an interview. It was great energy.
