Horrible, is one way to describe it. I was called by the HR person and no phone screening was done. I was basically asked when i would be available for an in-person interview right away. We scheduled a day and the call ended. I interviewed with 6 different people one-on-one from 8am - 12pm. Most of the people who interviewed were in the NC office. I interviewed in Naperville, IL so most of the interviews were conducted via Skype in the conference room. My impression was that most of the interviewers acted disinterested and confused. A couple were looking at my resume for the first time. One didn't even know what position i was interviewing for, and i told him. The only interviewer in Naperville, was the person i would report to and the person hosting the interview. He was very flippant. Didn't take any interest in me, and once he set me up on Skype in the conference room, he disappeared. I sat in the conference room the whole morning answering questions, and when i was done, I showed myself out. Nobody came to escort me out, thank me, or discuss next steps. I never heard a word from anyone after that, and that is good by me.
