The process was swift and thorough. Each of the 6 people I spoke with were well spoken, warm and engaging. I appreciated the transparency in how the operation works and the current pain points for the enterprise. I really appreciated their dedication to the hiring process. In addition to the recruiter and the hiring VP I spoke with a peer, HR, and 2 VPs from business units that have high interaction with loss control. I got a good impression of how each of these people operates and hoe their roles are interconnected. The company is building and I find that to be an exciting environment!
