Positive
- Most of the department interviews were friendly and interview felt like a general conversation.
- Office is welcoming and people looked engaged when in person.
Negative
- Sales exercise is "deliberately vague" but they are looking for a very specific answer/approach. Hidden expectations like amount of time spent studying in portal (they can track your activity) and whether you reach out to the hiring manager for additional information.
- Some interview questions were bizarre (how would you describe yourself in 10 adjectives) and one member of sales team talked about high standards of professionalism needed for position while wearing a sports team sweatshirt.
