Based on the requirement they will call to candidates through naukri or else if any reference are there they will call and tell them come for interview. generally two rounds of interview will there - Technical and HR. If the candidate clear the both the rounds they can recruit. After joining they will give some training and after they assign the projects to handle independently.

there were 2 sessions in the interview process ,technical and hr.the 2 people were too good .both of them are talented.it is a good company to work.the work environment is too good.no more tensions.
