I was interviewed a few months ago for an EA position. Very poor interviewing skills from both HR and MD. The HR lady was very cold and unengaging. I was asked some terrible questions and could see that they did not have the skills for interviewing. I came away not wanting the position. Maybe suggest HR go on a course!
