Standard phone screening followed by a 30-minute video self-interview session where they provide you a series of questions and you record yourself giving answers. After spending a half hour of my personal time with the video section, I never heard from these people again. Not even a "thanks but no thanks" e-mail. For a half hour of my time to jump through their hoops, I should have been given that courtesy.
