About two weeks after I applied online, I received an invitation for a video interview. The online application was lengthy and included coding questions. The video interview was hosted by 2 engineers or hiring managers (I'm not quite sure). They asked me some questions about my resume and experience, then had me answer three coding challenges in a shared Google Doc. After a few days, they called with an unofficial offer and started a background check process, though they followed up a few days into that process to give me an official offer contingent on the background check going through.
