Entretien
I applied and it took a month or two to hear back. Went in and was interviewed by 4 women, three heads of the proposal department and one woman from HR. The interview was about half an hour long.

Q: Describe what Hyland offers to its clients.
Q: What would you do if you realized you missed a proposal deadline?
There was an initial phone screening with HR, followed by zoom interview with hiring manager. After the zoom interview, you are asked to provide a writing sample within a 48 hour window.

Entretien
Fairly standard. Screening call, then video interview, then an editing task. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and seemed to really enjoy their work and their experience at Hyland.
The rejection email was formulaic and generic but they did encourage you to reach out for more feedback, which is more than most places do!

Screening call with hr, followed by a phone interview with the team, and finally a video interview over zoom. A scheduler reached out for each step, and the whole process took 1-2 months
