It was a smooth, professional and structured process. The HR-person was professional and kind, and ensured that I got the right information at the right time. The subject matter person who participated was a thoroughly nice and polite person. I felt like they put a lot of emphasis on ensuring that we were the right fit for each other, and thus they stayed away of the generic stuff.
