I applied online and was asked to complete a writing test within 3 days. The writing test took about 3 hours to complete. I was asked to edit a blog post and research and write an entirely new blog post. I was then contacted to complete a recorded video interview, which took me about an hour to prepare for and another hour to record all my answers. After that, radio silence. I followed up two weeks later and never heard anything back. It’s now been about 2 months. After all the time I invested in this process the very least they could do is reach out to tell me I didn’t get the position.
