worst and crap process where they call many times on phone and directly. the worst part is that they call late evening after office time and waste the time because noone is there to watch the HR or recrutment . they call late evening and ask to leave. i have heard from many people that they always call after office time and in late evening when they dont have time in morning and then they send back because they call for formality and for interviews only to show to their seniors.
