First interview was with HR and lasted about 20 minutes. Casual interview. About a week later Interviewed by the Store Director and the Department Head. Friendly and pretty casual. I applied for one position and they asked me if I would be willing to work another. The Department Head described the job requirements and ended the interview. The job was offered within the week.
