Entretien
A very simple sit down interview with the HR manager, followed by a discussion about job responsibilities by the department manager. They'll ask you how you handle stressful situations with customers. Do you work well with others? Can you lift heavy objects?
If they bring you in for an interview, you've likely already got the job as long as you don't fail the drug test.

One in person interview, very standard typical interview questions such as tell me about yourself. They did ask a question on my favorite cut of meat/fish to see if I have any understanding

An interview at Hy-Vee typically involves questions about customer service, teamwork, and handling transactions. You also may be asked about availability, experience, and willingness to learn. Chance of being asked about interest in another department.
Very simple, easy going and casual. Will ask a few easy questions about your personality and work history to see if you will fit the role that you applied for.
