Very professional I was asked general questions like how do I handle conflict at work, myself etc and the interviewer was friendly, I applied online they called me in for an interview the following day .did finger prints right after the internet

Very easy, you just have to be calm and confident and believe in the things you are saying. Your tone has to be clear and outstanding and make sure you do some research before hand so that you can easily understand a few things about the company Overall experience was great, learnt a lot.
It was simply straight forward, it was over the phone. Tell me about your experience, this is where you give a brief overview of your CV and that was followed by a competency based question which was “tell me about a time you delivered outstanding customer service experience”
