I submitted my resume online and received a call about a week later. The interview was a one on one interview with the manager, but not owner, of the center. At the interview, the only questions were if I was a certified teacher in PA and when I could start. It took about five minutes and was very straight forward.

After sending in my resume and talking with the owner, I went to the center to take a mock SAT exam. After I finished, my exam was hand graded. My verbal scores were in the low 90 percentiles, which was sufficient. I don't know the math score percentile, but mine was sufficient.
